Even though I had called 2 other companies before you, as soon as I spoke with you I was sure I'd be hiring you. You had a very relaxed, gentle manner on the phone and there was something trustworthy about you. Especially when I asked if you could come over to take a closer look at my repair needs, even though you were busy on another job, you responded with such friendliness that I was very comforted.
The work you did on my ceiling was great. There's no sign of any repair. Particularly impressive is how you left the job. Everything was clean and as I left it.
